Wire Mesh Continuous Shot Blast (PASSTHROUGH)

DISA Goff’s Wire Mesh Belt and Structural Blast continuous production shot blast cleaning machines are designed to offer high production cleaning of various parts and castings.  The Wire Mesh and Structural Blast pass through designs are simple and requires less material handling.

Parts placed on the wire mesh belt conveyor continuously pass through the abrasive tight entry vestibule into the blast chamber.  The quantity and placement of the blast wheels coupled with the blast wheel horsepower determine the cleaning capacity and production capabilities of the machine.  The parts are blast cleaned passing through the blast chamber and then exit through the series of seals in the egress chamber.

The DISA Goff Wire Mesh Pass Through Blast Machines come in belt widths ranging from 18” to 48” and can maintain belt speeds ranging from 3 feet per minute to 20 feet per minute.

Micro Mesh and Micro Structural Blast Machines

For smaller production environments or lighter applications or Lean Manufacturing, DISA Goff now offers the Micro Mesh and Micro Structural Pass Through abrasive blast machines.   With a smaller foot print and 12” belt width, these machines offers high production and efficient cleaning of the most difficult applications.
